How is whey protein made?

Mix 1 serving (22 g = 1 scoop = 2 heaped tablespoons) of powder in 250 ml of water. We recommend using a mixing bottle for mixing! On training days, take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving immediately after training. On rest days, take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
