We are happy to call the Prenatal Vitamin supplement pack also a baby pack and not "just" a prenatal or pregnancy vitamin. The product contains 30 sachets of complex formula and one sachet is equivalent to one daily dose. This daily dose contains the ideal amount and proportion of ingredients that are recommended from the pre-pregnancy period until the end of breastfeeding. It is important to be aware of your changing micronutrient, i.e. vitamin and mineral, needs from the time you are planning to have a baby and to adjust your eating habits accordingly. Folate is involved in maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Vitamin D plays a role in cell division. Iodine contributes to normal cognitive development.

Complex composition

One of the components of the package is a capsule containing 10 vitamins and 4 minerals, including vitamins D, B2, B6 and B12, folic acid and an organic source of iron. It also includes 2 softgels with a total of 700 mg of EPA and DHA Omega-3 fatty acids, and a tablet with calcium, organic (amino acid chelate bonded) zinc and magnesium.
