DIRECTION (1 serving = 3 g)

Mix 1 portion (3 g = 1 measuring spoon = ½ tablespoon) of product with 300 ml of water using a mixing bottle. On work days, take 1 serving after training, on rest days, take 1 serving between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake!
